Adult Colouring & Art

I've still got plenty of works in progress sitting on my desk, so it's time to give four of them another hour and see how much progress we can make. In this WIP session I'm working on four completely different pages, each with its own challenge. From glossy blackberries and a dramatic sunset, to gel crayon clouds and a black (or blue) serpent, I'll show you the techniques I'm using along the way and talk through all my decisions. Rather than simply colouring, I thought it'd be interesting for this video to focus on the little things that make a big difference. We'll look at: creating glossy fruit with coloured pencils, building a vibrant sunset using layering techniques, soft blended cloud backgrounds with gel crayons and making dark snake scales look more interesting without becoming repetitive.
